  • 5 hours per day
  • 24-hour email and text access
  • 5/30min phone calls between 9am and 9pm
  • *Daily Maternity and Newborn Logbook*
  • Emotional and physical support and guidance as you recover
  • Newborn care, including diapering, bathing, soothing techniques
  • Breastfeeding, pumping, and/or bottle-feeding support
  • Snack and meal preparation
