We want you to be satisfied with your Essential Box products. Returns are accepted for all unopened boxes, within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unaltered and in the original packaging. Please contact us here with your name, order number, and reason for return, and we will issue you a prepaid return label. Once your items have been restocked, you'll receive a full refund, less any applicable shipping costs.
